Can I Block Pop Ups On The Wii Internet Getting An Access Point?

Getting an access point? - can i block pop ups on the wii internet

The access point my Wii again in about a month or 2 then disappears for about 4 or 5, maybe more. Why come and go as well. I can not, with access points, because they are blocked. When they unlock never said that I am unable to use them, I can not remember why. Help me back to the internet on my Wii PLEASE.
