I love good bread and some time have collected various recipes and a few books.

I prefer a good crust and the inner light tasty. Type of artisans, the Safeway bread with olives are good, but I would like to move a piece.

What are some good tips for making bread? Are you a stone? Did you spray the oven? Get a washer on it before cooking?
